ASCFG Pricing Survey
Your participation is anonymous, but we require your name for internal purposes and in case we have any questions. The first fifty to complete the survey (part one and two) will receive an ASCFG tee shirt or logo cap. You will be contacted if you are one of the lucky participants.
There are spaces to enter your prices for three different markets. Please leave space blank for sales outlets that you do not use.

2.) Direct to Florist, Planner, Designer
3.) Direct to Grocery Store or Mass Market Retailer
