2026 2027 Mentor Program
Help build a strong foundation for the next generation of growers! We’re seeking $500 sponsorships to help support the program.
Program Background: Our pilot program last year was a huge success! In Fall 2025, the Association of Specialty Cut Flower Growers (ASCFG) launched a pilot cohort-based mentoring model designed to expand educational access and strengthen professional connections within the cut flower industry. Transitioning away from a traditional one-to-one mentoring format, the ASCFG introduced a scalable online learning model in which one experienced mentor guided a cohort of fifteen emerging growers with similar business models and production goals through live Zoom-based programming. Demand for the program was immediate and overwhelming. The pilot cohort filled completely within 24 hours on a first-come, first-served basis, confirming a significant unmet need for accessible, high-quality mentorship within the specialty cut flower industry. Most importantly, the pilot successfully achieved its core objective: increasing the number of growers who could access expert guidance, peer support, and practical industry education.
We will immediately recognize your sponsorship by including your logo on the website page, all email promotions, online instruction materials, and in The Cut Flower Quarterly.
