ASCFG Mentor Program

The ASCFG is radically reimagining our Mentor Program. Starting in Fall 2025, we are switching to an online one-to-many cohort model. What does that mean? This Zoom-based program would match one expert with fifteen newer and aspirational growers based on a business model / sales outlets. Reducing time and travel obligations removes financial barriers to participation and ensures that more people can apply for the program. Registration for the revised Mentor Program opens at the start of September 2025. Once all mentees have been finalized and sorted into their cohort, mentors and mentees will receive programmatic support such as Zoom invitations, instructions, and access to recorded discussions in a private online space. The program starts in November 2025 and will end in December 2026.
