They focus on local partnerships, seasonal planning, and educational experiences, combining field production with value-added offerings for both retail and event markets. Roots specializes in the production and sale of hot annuals, and this exciting farm tour will provide a thorough overview of the production systems currently in place at the farm combined with a discussion of the best practices the farm employees employ. Light refreshments will be available. Lunch is not provided.
