Dear ASCFG Colleagues,
We are thrilled to announce that, for the first time in our association’s history, we are offering a comprehensive group insurance plan alongside our existing healthcare stipend option. This enhancement to our benefits package represents our ongoing commitment to your health and wellbeing, as well as our continued growth as an organization.
As we approach the end of our benefits enrollment period, this memo is your invitation to select one of the following healthcare options by December 10, 2024.
- PPO Group Insurance Plan – UHC 15/1000/100%
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
- Access to the plans established provider network
- Predictable copays and deductibles
- Application will be required.
- Healthcare Stipend
- Monthly allowance added to your paycheck
- Flexibility to purchase individual insurance
Important: If you can make your selection as soon as possible we can begin the insurance plan paperwork prior to the December 16 deadline for 2025 coverage.
