Lori Whitten, the founder of Poetry Flower Farm, and her team have significant experience in H2A legislation. ASCFG members are invited to join this complimentary webinar to go over compliance with H2A legislation and a strategy for small flower farms to form a cooperative that allows them to share employee labor. They will discuss the H-2A temporary seasonal non-immigrant visa program to include: Criteria to qualify for the program, and what Joint Employment means and how small farm operations could share the cost, benefits and liabilities of the program.
