ASCFG Mentee Application

Submission of this application indicates that you agree to fulfill the responsibilities of an ASCFG Mentee should you be matched with a mentor and will pay the $250 program administration fee if successfully matched. Here are a few questions whose answers will help us in the matching process. Please understand that due to overwhelming demand, we may not be able to match you with a mentor for 2024. Thank you in advance for understanding. A quick reminder that the ASCFG requires all mentees to meet the following eligibility requirements:

1. At the time of your application, you must have been an ASCFG member for two years.
2. If selected to participate, you must keep your membership current for the duration of the program.
